- 7 June- The committee will be using bluetooth to communicate with the crowd at this years event so be sure to activate blutooth on your phone
- 7 June- Accommodation is almost full in Coonamble. The Coonamble Riverside Caravan park does have some unpowered sites left but is otherwise full.
- 3 June 2011- These are the trophies made by local artist Peter Chapman that will be awarded to the best two bucking riders.

- A commitee meeting will be held on Thursday 25th November to meet the UNSW Engineering students working on designs for the proposed Indoor Arena. 7.30pm at the Bucking Bull Hotel Meeting room
- The Coonamble Rodeo Association AGM will be held on 7th December 2010 at the Bucking Bull Hotel commencing at 7pm
- A meeting of the Coonamble Rodeo Association to debrief the 2010 event will take place on Tuesday 13th July 2010 at 7pm at the Coonamble Bowling Club.
