Coonamble Rodeo Cabaret-Saturday Night RSL Club
This year the Rodeo Cabaret will be held on Saturday night (6th June) at the Coonamble & District RSL Club Auditorium. This year we have Newcastle Band 'Four on the Floor' who will be literaly shaking the floor at the Club. Numbers will be strictly limited to 500 people. Cover charge is $10. Downstairs local duo 'the C-Gals' will be performing in the main bar. Things kick off at 8pm and remember there will be a shuttle bus running from the Rodeo grounds to the RSL Club so don't drink and drive. Download the poster for the Cabaret here

Coonamble Bowling Club Friday Night
There will be live entertainment at the club on Friday evening so come along and be entertained by 'Cookin with Al'. The Club bistro will be operating over the entire weekend for Lunch 12-2 and Dinner 6-9pm. The club is open the entire long weekend so come along and support our Gold sponsor!
Live Band at the Bucking Bull Hotel Sunday Night
The Bucking Bull Hotel is the official hotel for the event this year and Country Rock Band 'the Slowdowns' from Sydney will be performing live on Sunday evening 7th June 2009. Bush Poets Breakfast
Held on Sunday morning at the Historic Plaza Theatre in the main street this event has been a feature of the Rodeo weekend for several years. This year our guest poet is David Proust.
The event commences at 7.30am with the guest poet on stage at 8.30am and a flier for the event can be downloaded here:

Tickets will be $5 for Poetry and $15 for Breakfast and Poetry. Children under 12 Gold Coin donation & family tickets available.

Patchworking and Quilting Exhibition
If you're looking for something a little more sedate why not visit the annual exhibition by the 'Material Girls ' Saturday 6th June and Sunday 7th June at the Coonamble Shire Library. See some fantastic works of art and marvel at the creativity of our local residents.

Entertainment on the Ground Sunday Night
The Cabaret band 'Four on the Floor' will conduct a repeat performance in front of the Rodeo Bar enclosure on Sunday evening at the conclusion of the scheduled events and the 'Coonamble Feedlot Ironperson Challenge Event'. The bar will be open until 11pm
Terminus Hotel, Railway Street
The Terminus will have a DJ on Friday night and on Saturday night 'Tickle me Chookskin' will be performing
Sons of the Soil Hotel
The Sons of the Soil Hotel will have live entertainment on both Saturday and Sunday nights. There will be a DJ on Saturday and live music on Sunday night.
